The Heart of Vision documentary project requires your help. Please consider making a financial contribution that is within your means towards the project.

How to donate to the Heart of Vision project

Donations can be made directly to Heart Attack Video (all donations go directly to the Heart of Vision project). These donations are not tax-deductable, but are the most direct and convenient. However, if you would prefer to receive a tax-deduction for your donation, payments can be made through the Bay Area Video Coaltion (BAVC). BAVC has provided fiscal sponsorship to the Heart of Vision project. Fiscal sponsorship is an extension of a non-profit organization's status to a project it deems worthy. Typically, fiscal sponsors take a small percentage of the donation in return for the extension of their non-profit status. It is your decision on which method you prefer to use.

Please use the sponsorship form to donate via BAVC. (IMPORTANT - enter "Perry Hallinan" as the Sponsoree you wish to support) You can print out and fax this form and send it to the following address. BAVC will send you a receipt for tax purposes.
